UpTown Store Philosophy for our Vendors

Our idea of the "perfect store" is where it's operated like a co-op, where we are all partners in growing our own little unique businesses.  We provide a beautiful setting where the vendors can place their treasures and decorate their spaces, along with providing a "think tank" where we share ideas on how to grow our individual businesses through advertising, promotions, workshops, etc.  We look at UpTown Vintage & Antique Market as the Associates' store and our number one priority is YOUR sales and success!   We encourage interaction between the associates because there is so much to learn, and you never know who is going to have the next great idea to take the business to the next level AND most importantly, we are all good at something, it's usually just different somethings!! (I know, not a word)


We are excited to offer Vendors a space in a Mid Size Marketplace to display their items for sale.  We feel that the size of this market gives a more personal feel for customer shopping and allows for better customer service for our clients.  Sales reports will be sent out daily with checks being delivered to the front desk by the 5th of the month.  Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late after the 5th.
